About the Awards
Each year, United Way of Greater Kansas City recognizes one individual and one company for their outstanding contributions to the Greater Kansas City community.
The Adele Hall Spirit of Caring Award is given to a person who exemplifies the extraordinary compassion and selflessness of Adele Hall. The winner will have:
- Demonstrated a passion for United Way’s work in the areas of health, education and financial stability
- Given generously of their time and talents through United Way
- Served as a volunteer leader through United Way
- Mentored others to develop a similar spirit of philanthropy
The United Way of Greater Kansas City Pinnacle Award is given to a company that partners with United Way and stands out for its community impact, volunteer engagement and philanthropic engagement.
