United Way 2-1-1 Call Center Supervisor
Role Summary
Under general supervision in a call-center environment, monitors and evaluates the quality of inbound and/or outbound United Way 2-1-1 calls. Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review. Will be responsible for direct supervision, training, coaching, and feedback on individual performance results for all United Way 2-1-1 Call Specialists. Will provide timely and accurate reports for evaluating the overall performance of the United Way 2-1-1 call center. Will be responsible for monitoring current metrics and revising them as needed. Supports and adheres to AIRS standards.
The United Way 2-1-1 Call Center Supervisor assures that he or she is compliant according to organizational and legal policies, procedures and standards.
Senior Graphic Designer
Role Summary
Responsible for art direction, design and production of publications and advertising materials that include brochures, direct mail pieces, annual report, invitations, event collateral, signage, newspaper ads, outdoor & transit boards, web site graphics, business papers and other materials to enhance, promote and support the brand management and market development activities of United Way of Greater Kansas City. Works as Project Manager for a variety of projects both in-house as well as some executed by external vendors.
The Senior Graphic Designer assures compliance to all applicable local, state and federal regulations.
