Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Research, Public Policy and Evaluation will undertake research projects and conduct public policy analysis in support of UWGKC's priority work including both strategic investments and community initiatives. He/she will also help design and implement research, public policy analysis and white papers, maintain an organizational resource library; respond to the informational needs of senior staff for content to be utilized externally, and be UWGKC's representative in coordinating with other research organizations in the service area.

Role Summary

A Campaign Liaison (LC) serves as an ambassador for United Way of Greater Kansas City (UWGKC), by supporting Donor Relations Managers and company Employee Campaign Managers (ECM's) and becoming an advocate to the community. The CL will assist donor relations managers by developing, managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts along with identifying, recruiting and developing new business prospects to ensure continued campaign growth. Success will be measured in part by the attainment of a dollar goal, along with other factors determined by the assigned Donor Manager.
